So i have a simple question, but can't really find an answer. If I want to organize a setion of workers (IT/programmer staff) within a corporation, can I do it? or do we need 30% of all the workers in the company?

Mon, August 22, 2005 - 4:30 PMI work for the university, but the it staff has its own union, the clerical staff has their union, and so on. So its not inconcievable that you could get representation within a unit. I would speak to some of the unions liasons that represent it professionals and see what kind of concrete infos they can give you.
